Douglas Dunks is a professional genealogist, genealogical speaker/lecturer, and the principal of DUNKS antecedents. Douglas began his foray into genealogy with the passing of his father in 1995, inheriting the research into his unique family name.
Douglas is a member of the National Genealogical Society, the New England Historic Genealogical Society, the Florida Genealogical Society, the Ohio Genealogical Society, and the Bay County Genealogical Society. Additionally, Douglas is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the Genealogical Speaker’s Guild and is ‘on the clock’ with the Board for Certification of Genealogists pursuing certification.
Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from National College, a Masters of Education degree from National-Louis University, and is currently completing a Doctorate of Philosophy degree from Northcentral University.
