South Carolina Genealogy Society Keynote Speaker on the Mayflower Society - Columbia, SC 2015. Multiple talks to Vietnam Veterans groups in 2015 & 2016 throughout South Carolina and one location in Pennsylvania. Scheduled for a talk on DNA with the Coastal Georgia Genealogy Society in March 2017.


Bonnie Wade-Mucia is the owner of Keeper of the Past Genealogy. As a native New Englander, she became fascinated with her family history and has been researching her genealogy for over 30 years. Bonnie specializes in New England genealogy and is well versed in lineage societies like The Mayflower Society Daughters of the American Revolution. She also lectures about DNA and how it plays a role in genealogy research along with how adoptees can use it for searching for biological family. She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the National Genealogy Society, and the Genealogical Speakers Guild. Bonnie resides in Bluffton, SC with her husband, Joseph.
